We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item according to the steps above, and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Late Returns
Returns that are received after the 14-day window may be subject to a restocking fee, or may not be accepted at all. We encourage customers to return items within the specified 14 day period to ensure a smooth process.
